​Welcome to Purple Coach Conversations (PCC), a platform that facilitates conversations to address the elephant in the room.

 

With this platform we hope to encourage sustainable change through true and meaningful conversations around difficult topics like race, prejudice, privilege, parenting and various other topics that affect us today. Our approach to these issues today will certainly have a bearing on the kind of world we create for our children tomorrow.

 

This platform is purely a product of passion. We are not diversity and inclusion experts and have only launched this platform to facilitate conversations that we hope will help bring positive change.

 

Conversations that happen on the PCC platform do not constitute coaching, and content published on the PCC website/social media must not be relied upon as coaching.
