27. Purple Coach Conversations' interview with Ant Bryan, stroke survivor, para-athlete, motivational speaker, and personal trainer.

This month we are joined by stroke survivor, para-athlete, motivational speaker, and personal trainer - Ant Bryan.

At the age of 6 years old, Ant was diagnosed with a brain tumor that was shutting down his vital organs. He had to have surgery to remove it but as a result, lost the use of his left side.

Understandably, he suffered a huge emotional and mental blow as he suddenly went from being a sporty child to being wheelchair and bed bound. Determined to make the most of his new life, he had to relearn how to walk again. He also had to learn how to live with only one motor-functioning hand.

Ant openly and honestly shares the challenges he faced as the only child in his circle who had a disability. Instead of letting resentment and defeat be his new reality, he became determined to achieve whatever he wanted. At the of 16, one of his coaches spotted him and encouraged him to Paralympics.  He then went on to win medals and become a role model for others.

Listen to the interview to hear Ant's inspirational story and how we can achieve whatever we desire with the right mindset, determination, and hard work - plus so much more!

Please share this interview with others, so they too may be inspired through their season of hardship.
