Guest Interviews
19. Purple Coach Conversations' interview with Marta Hyder, NLP Practitioner.
This month we are joined by Marta Hyder. Marta is an NLP Practitioner, and she is also Anne’s best friend. They met a few years ago when doing their NLP together. They have a very strong relationship and their friendship is unique.
Marta is from Poland. She has been in London for almost 8 years. She works as an NLP Practitioner and she is particularly passionate about embracing women and femininity. She does this through a holistically approach using NLP, Timeline Therapy, Recall Healing, Reiki, and Movement.
She is currently in the process of composing a forever liberating programme for women, so they can fully finally and completely reconnect with themselves.
In this episode we talk about:
-
Min 5 - We talk about inherited trauma from our ancestors, particularly in Polish culture. Marta shares how there is a collective behaviour and lack of openness that exists to other people in society. How generations are influenced by their environments and how that goes on to limiting themselves.
-
Minute 11 - We talk about contingencies and how they shape the identity of the individual and create stereotypes. How moving to the UK from Poland made Marta realise that she had to change her behaviour to be accepted.
-
Min 18 - The stereotypes that Marta had of herself as a Polish woman when coming to England. From the way she speaks, to the reason why she came to England. We discuss how we can change that to our advantage
-
Min 24 - Marta shares her perspective on how you can heal from trauma.
