Rosemarie Wilson is a certified Mindset Coach, International Speaker, Author and Mentor.

 

In her role she helps career-focused women bridge the gap between ambition and fulfilment, enabling them to thrive in what they do or take the next step in their career. She helps her clients do this whilst achieving a work-life balance and personal aspirations.

 

She also works with organisations that are committed to nurturing and retaining talent, whilst supporting an organisational culture of diversity, inclusion and belonging.

 

Her background stems from the corporate world where she spent over 20 years working in Finance, FinTech and Change Management for some of the world’s largest Oil & Gas companies.

 

From a challenging start in life, Rosemarie has navigated her way through life with determination and hard work. She now enjoys a successful career and is also giving back to help and support others to achieve their full potential.

 

Her first book ‘Imposter Syndrome and Your Performance - What’s the link?’ will be published later in 2021.

  • Minute 3.5 - Why comparison can be a poison. We talk about domestic violence and Rosemarie's personal experience at home with her father. How difficult it was going through it and what she went through emotionally. How she grew up being very angry and feeling unable to protect her loved ones. What she did with her anger once she realised that it was taking over her life and becoming self destructive and eventually forgive her father in her own way.  How being POSITIVE is a choice despite what happens behind the scenes. All the stories that make up who we are today.
