I do not think it’s my role as a black person to educate white people on the struggles or injustices faced by black people.
However, how can I as a coach claim to be true to my profession if I am not willing to listen to others and learn from my own blind spots?
After all, as a black woman, I will never experience life through the eyes of Tania as a white woman. So I took this opportunity to learn as well.
